  Our Philosophy - Small, intimate tour groups to create personal contact, use of the traditional Viennese streetcars for transportation as much as possible, meeting and talking with Austrians (most of whom speak some English), listening to their thoughts and ideas. This will give the tour participants a chance to find out what Austria is really all about.
Viennese-born Herzerl Tours owner, Susanne Marie Servin, wants to share her Austrian experience with Americans by taking them to tour her birthplace.

CANCELLATION FEES AND REFUNDS:

If you cancel your reservation, your right to receive a refund is limited and set forth in the following schedule:

Cancellation up to 100 days before departure: Full refund minus $150.00 administrative fee.
Cancellation from 99 to 45 days before departure: $200.00 refund per deposit of $1000.00.
Cancellation from 44 to 26 days before departure: Refund amount is 30% of tour price.
Cancellation from 25 days to departure: NO REFUND (this includes land and air arrangements – if applicable).

NOTE: Prices shown are based on exchange rates at the time of posting February 2008 and are subject to change due to volatile currency exchange with the Euro. Prices shown are in U.S. currency. Effective dates 01/01/2008 – 12/31/2008.
