TERMS and CONDITIONS

Cancellations and Refunds:

If you cancel your reservation, your right to receive a refund is limited and set forth in the following schedule:

Cancellation up to 100 days before departure: Full refund minus $150.00 administrative fee.
Cancellation from 99 to 45 days before departure: $200.00 refund per deposit of $1000.00.
Cancellation from 44 to 26 days before departure: Refund amount is 30% of tour price.
Cancellation from 25 days to departure: NO REFUND (this includes land and air arrangements – if applicable).

Refund requests must be made in writing and either faxed to 914-771-5844 or mailed to POB 217, Tuckahoe, NY 10707 no later than 14 days upon return of trip or no refund will be made. Herzerl Tours will not refund unused portions of trip due to voluntary absences. These services include but are not limited to sightseeing, performances and or meals. Once purchased, insurance premiums are not refundable. Allow up to two months to process your claim.
Insurance:

We recommend you have luggage, accident and cancellation insurance. Herzerl Tours is not liable for loss, damage, or theft of luggage or personal belongings, or for personal injury, accident or illness. It is important for your own self interest and protection that you make certain you have adequate insurance. Insurance can be purchased through Herzerl Tours. Once purchased, insurance premiums are non-refundable.

Not included:

Passport and visa expenses, insurance, beverages (unless specifically mentioned in itinerary) airline taxes, fuel surcharges, customs fees,?transfers (unless specifically mentioned in itinerary) excess baggage charges, gratuities to guides, drivers and hotel staff if applicable, items of a personal nature: minibar, room service, telephone and fax charges, pay per view movies, laundry etc.

Itinerary Modifications:

An administrative fee of $25 per change will be charged after the initial deposit is received. Once documents are issued, a reissue fee of $50+ additional express mailing fee will be charged. These fees are in addition to airline change fees and reissuing fees.

Travel Documents:

Passengers are responsible for obtaining proper travel documents such as passports and visas (if needed). Your passport expiration date must be at least six months after your return to U.S.

Special Requests and Hotel Information:

Special requests such as airline seat and room location, special meals, size of bed, smoking or non smoking rooms, must be made in writing no later than 30 days prior to departure. Please note that these requests are out of our control and cannot be guaranteed. Single rooms outside the U.S. are not generally?of the same size and standard as in North America. Triple rooms are double rooms with a roll away cot and are not recommended for three adults. Hotel ratings are awarded locally and standards might be lower than in the U.S.
